one of those moments

I’ve been having one too many OMFG moments these days that I finally decided to turn to yoga and meditation as a de-stressor. I’ve previously tried yoga a few times (a long time ago) when I was at Steve Nash but I could never get into the groove of it. Perhaps it’s because of the make shift bamboo flooring paired with the fact that people taking their dogs out to do number two can watch every sweaty move you’re doing. Ridiculous.

Anyway, my first Foundation Power class this weekend was amazing! It left me calm and more importantly, in a relaxed state of mind. Unexpectedly, I woke up rather sore the next day too.

hooray for an early spring

Today, the ground hog predicted an early spring this year. I haven't been this excited since Christmas. I don't think I can wear tall boots and thick socks much longer - I can't complain (too much) since I don't have to bear the east coast chills.

I can't wait to shop for more frilly tops and peep toe shoes however, I should really be saving every penny for that condo I want at the end of the year. My shopping pattern has been brutally curved - I'm happy though.

blizzard white

Received the latest and greatest update from Whistler Blackcomb this afternoon - Snowy start to November with 70cm of snowfall in the alpine and counting. This is absolutely exciting more importantly, this news made my day! Hopefully this year will result in less bum bruises, head wounds and knee injuries.... crossing fingers I can successfully carve a sleek zig-zag through the snowy terrain.

day dreaming & trip planning

There are so many places I want to visit in the next few years! For those who know me, I'm a HUGE not big but HUGE fan of Europe. Although I have Asian roots, visiting Asia does not serve any interest to me... well not at the moment, perhaps that might change with age.
I'm hoping I can pack a trip to Italy and France next year. Travel to Italy with my Italian friend and practice my ever so broken highschool French (let's see how far that gets me).

on a side note:
I would love to go to NYC this Christmas. I want to stroll down Central Park when it's all lit up with Christmas lights, skate on the outdoor rink and go shopping at Century 21.
Too many things... to little dollars!

love is....

Beautiful fashion, cobble stones, cruiser bikes and sidewalk coffee shops
This is why I am so in love with Europe.

Oh how I wish my boyfriend would dress more like him!
